🤖 TrustyQ Terms of AI Use & Content Responsibility

TrustyQ uses artificial intelligence (“AI”) to assist users with caption writing, content ideas, post optimisation, and analytics.

This document outlines how AI features operate, what data they use, and how you — the user — remain responsible for reviewing and approving all output before publishing.

1. Purpose of AI Assistance

AI features in TrustyQ are designed to:

• Help generate or improve social-media captions, hashtags, and post ideas.
  
  
• Suggest optimal posting times and engagement strategies.
  
  
• Provide analytics insights or performance summaries.
  
  

AI is a creative assistant, not an autonomous publisher. All output requires human review and approval.

2. Data Handling

When you use AI features, the text, prompts, or data you provide may be securely processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or other trusted partners).

• Data is transmitted via encrypted connections.
  
  
• We do not sell or share AI input/output data with unrelated parties.
  
  
• AI training providers do not retain or use your prompts to train public models.
  
  
• AI requests may be logged for auditing and improvement of TrustyQ’s private AI engine only.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you publish using TrustyQ — whether human-written or AI-assisted.

This means you agree not to use AI-generated content that:

• Infringes copyright or trademark laws;
  
  
• Spreads false, misleading, or defamatory information;
  
  
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or explicit material;
  
  
• Violates the terms or community guidelines of any connected social-media platform;
  
  
• Misrepresents factual information as truth (“AI hallucination” risk).
  
  

TrustyQ provides AI as a productivity tool — not as a publisher or fact-checker.

4. Review and Moderation

AI-generated text is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for your intended use.

You must carefully review and, where necessary, edit or fact-check all AI suggestions before posting.

TrustyQ may employ automated content filters to block unsafe or prohibited material.

We reserve the right to disable or limit AI access for users who misuse the feature.

5. Intellectual Property of AI Output

Unless otherwise stated:

• You own the rights to the AI-generated content created under your account, to the extent permitted by law.
  
  
• TrustyQ and its AI partners retain the right to process and analyse anonymised data for feature improvement and quality assurance.
  
  
• You may publish, edit, or delete AI-generated content freely within your account.
  
  

6. Ethical AI Commitment

TrustyQ is built on responsible AI principles:

• Transparency: Clear labelling of AI-generated content within the app.
  
  
• Control: You decide what to publish.
  
  
• Privacy: No unnecessary data retention.
  
  
• Fairness: No intentional bias in language or representation.

7. Liability Limitation

TrustyQ makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for reputational, financial, or regulatory damages resulting from the publication or reliance on AI outputs.

Users accept full responsibility for verifying content before posting publicly.

8. Reporting Issues

If you encounter AI-generated content that appears inaccurate, biased, or harmful:

Email ai-feedback@trustyq.com.au with the details, and we’ll investigate promptly.

Reports are confidential and help us improve system safeguards.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may update these AI terms periodically to reflect new features, compliance standards, or technology partners.

Updates will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use of AI tools after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
