💳 TrustyQ Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2025
At TrustyQ, we aim to make every part of your social media management experience smooth and transparent — including billing and cancellations.
This policy explains how refunds, renewals, and cancellations work across all plans (Solo, Team, Pro, and Agency).
1. Free Trial
All new customers are eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Solo Plan, with full feature access and no credit card required.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime during the trial without charge.
If you upgrade to a paid plan during your trial, your subscription starts immediately, and the free trial ends.
2. Subscription Billing
TrustyQ operates on a recurring subscription model.
When you subscribe to a plan:
Receipts and renewal notices are sent via email.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Your access to premium features continues until that date.
After cancellation, your account reverts to a free or inactive state.
You may export your data or posts before the subscription expires — after 30 days, inactive accounts and associated data may be deleted.
4. Refunds
Because TrustyQ provides immediate access to digital software and integrations, we generally do not issue refunds once a billing cycle has begun.
However, refunds may be granted in specific cases at our discretion, including:
To request a review, email billing@trustyq.com.au with your invoice number and a brief explanation.
We review all requests within 5 business days.
5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
All pricing adjustments are reflected automatically in your next invoice.
6. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are discounted (12 months for the price of 10).
Annual plans are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
You can still cancel anytime — your plan remains active until the renewal date, and it will not renew automatically.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we’ll send an email notice and retry up to three times over 10 days.
If payment remains unsuccessful, your account may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
All scheduled posts and AI features pause during suspension.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel:
If you subscribed through a marketplace (e.g. Codecanyon or a reseller), you must cancel directly through that platform.
